Response time
We usually reply within one to two business days. Messages sent outside Monday–Friday are answered on the next business day.
Reporting a file that will not convert
The converter runs entirely in your browser, so we never receive your file and cannot look at what went wrong from our side. Please do not attach your video. These details are enough to reproduce almost every problem:
- The exact message the tool showed, copied word for word
- The file's container and rough size and length — for example “a 1.2 GB, 40-minute MOV”
- The output format and quality you selected
- Your browser and version, and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer
- What you expected to happen instead
If you can reproduce the problem with a file you do not mind sharing — a short clip you recorded yourself — say so, and we will ask for it only if we still cannot reproduce it.
